Born in 1984, she lives and works between Milan and Lucerne. Graduated from the Brera Academy in 2008, she has exhibited her works in various galleries in Italy and abroad. Her work has been selected in several competitions promoted by institutional bodies and galleries including the 2010 National Arts Award, Ghiggini Award 2011, Young Talents 2014, Arteam Cup 2016 and 2017. In 2017 she was selected for a residency at the Centro d ' Arte Bolit of Girona (Spain), from 2018 to 2019 she was in residence at ViaFarini in Milan. In 2019 he won the Marco Bastianelli Award for the best self-produced photographic book published in Italy and received a special mention in the 7th edition of the Cramum Award.
"My works are always inspired by my personal experience. The starting point is archive photography, of which, through the drawing, I analyze some details. Details that I then combine with fabrics also coming from my family. it is interesting to investigate the functioning of memory, how a memory is modified by time and personal experiences and is never clear.
